Creating a Softstart, Anti MCB Tool Plummets/Trips

Softstart.

Once upon a time, I wanted to turn on the TV early in the morning, the MCB immediately plummeted / trip, you know how come even though the TV power did not exceed the MCB power limit!.

Many such incidents were also experienced by other users who told me to repair their damaged TV.

Actually, the cause of the MCB plummet when turning on the TV or similar electronic equipment is caused by the main reservoir electrolyte capacitor (Elko) that has not been charged or is still empty. So that's when it's as if the two poles are suspended for a fraction of a second (depending on the capacity of the elko).

Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool that is able to provide initial resistance then bypassed which then the tool is called Softstart.

The way it works is when at the beginning of filling the elko for a while the voltage is beamed with a resistor and then after a while the resistor will be bypassed by the relay.
